General Builder and Joiner

Job Description:

Multi Skilled Builder and Joiner required.

We are a well-established organisation predominantly based in East Midlands since 2002, providing an individual-focused residential care to children and young people up to the age of 18 years.

We are looking for Multi Skilled Builder and a multi skilled Joiner to come and join the company as part of our property development team that helps builds and renovates our children’s care homes with the highest quality standard for our young people.

Experience in Carpentry, Basic Plumbing, Plastering, Brickwork would advantageous.

Able to work as part of team.

Must be able to work to deadlines.

Attention to detail is a must.

Professional manner.

Be able to cope with changing demands of the job, often at short notice

General Builder Salary £28,000 per year

Joiner Salary £35,000 per year

Hours – Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm

Own transport is required, will need to travel across the east midlands.
