Toll House
Providing residential care to young people who may be exhibiting severe emotional and behavioural difficulties aged 10-17 of either gender.
Toll House is able to accommodate those who may be in crisis, requiring behaviour management intervention.
We are able to accommodate short to medium term placement. Our dedicated staff team come with a wealth of experience and skills. We have trained the team to a high standard ensuring that young people receive quality care and live in a home that is safe and nurturing. The intention of clear behaviour management strategies along with consistent boundaries and positive reinforcement is to moderate and stabilise challenging behaviour. We provide opportunities and experiences to engage and motivate young people. There are intense activity programmes, including a wide range of outdoor pursuits, delivered by our qualified instructors and care team. Activities include: Climbing walls, camping trips, hill walking, rope courses, kayaking, scuba diving. |

Due to the individual complexities and to ensure we achieve excellent outcomes, we will only accommodate up to three young people at any one time. Toll house is set in rural Derbyshire, approximately three miles from the market town of Wirksworth, enjoying a tranquil and scenic location. The large cottage is spacious and decorated to a high standard. Young people are encouraged to personalise their own bedrooms. |
