We are very fortunate to have such wonderfully committed and passionate staff members that care a great deal about the welfare, safety and development of our young people.
They all work very hard to make every day as memorable as the last one, pushing the boundaries with regards to outcomes for our young people, and striving for excellence with regards to regulation.
A member of staff is nominated every month from each home, to receive acknowledgement and gratitude for the work and efforts made during that month. These can be small acts of kindness, commitment to our young people, dedication to company, the list is endless.
Once again, a massive thank you and well done to all of our staff members that are working hard every day to make our young people’s days safe and enjoyable.
